The objectives of EMINA Career Guidance Foundation are to promote career guidance and conscious way of life to young people and to facilitate both national and international events focused on the social situation of the young generations. The foundation has experiences concerning the habits of young people and useful free-time activities. This non-profit organisation employs social workers, psychologists, and sociologists in order to gain a closer view on the problems of teenagers, students and other individuals. EMINA Career Guidance Foundation organises individual guidance and group activities about school and working possibilities in order to help young people to face problems in the labour market. EMINA Foundation also focuses on activities which aim is to protect socially disadvantaged youth. Besides guidance, the Foundation conducts research and scientific activity as well as programmes which target different minority groups. The activities cover education and training, skills development, knowledge dissemination and information exchange in both national and international level.
Celje Youth Centre is a public non-profit organisation, a place of ideas, socialising, and acquiring knowledge. With their infrastructure and a wide variety of activities they enable different target groups to gain non formal competences with an impact on entrepreneurship competences. They offer a variety of interesting events and a broad spectre of activities: different workshops (entrepreneurship, EU funding mechanisms, cultural events, concerts, exhibitions, theatre plays, creative workshops, film workshops, dance, and other youth initiatives). CYC has a research unit within the structure for developing new non formal approaches, to research youth participation and develop a legislation drafts for national and local level. In the field of entrepreneurship they are ensuring networking of local companies and provide them information for suitable project consortium on European level.
Law and Internet Foundation (LIF) is a Bulgarian renowned NGO and Research Centre, officially recognised in the Register of Scientific Activity at the Ministry of Education and Science. It initiates and supports activities for implementation of scientific and applied researches, studies, programmes and projects in the field of new technologies and technological development; social entrepreneurship; transfer of knowledge, expertise and mentorship for students and young researchers. As a Research Centre LIF implements activities, related to mentoring, nationally and internationally, through innovative and rigorous research, education, transfer of knowledge and best practices, as well as strong partnerships with European and international organisations. LIF aims to improve the quality and effectiveness of mentoring across the country by supporting youth mentoring practitioners and promoting mentorship as a means for training, social responsibility and a manifestation of respect between generations. The mission of the organisation is to fuel the quality and quantity of mentoring relationships for students and young adults so that they receive supportive relationships to grow and develop into thriving, productive, engaged professionals and entrepreneurs.
TDM 2000 is an independent non-profit organisation, that coordinates young people willing to cooperate in the voluntary sector, supporting them in developing personal and professional skills through experiential learning and non-formal education. Its main fields of interest are: youth policy, entrepreneurship, human rights, democracy, intercultural learning, active citizenship, non-formal education, international cooperation, local development and migration. All the activities they implement are thought, planned and realised by young people. TDM 2000 is accredited to host, send and coordinate volunteers in the frame of EVS. They are recognised as a volunteer organisation by the Sardinian Regional Government. They are also registered by the Council of Europe and participate in Vocational Education and Training projects. TDM 2000 is a member of the TDM International network, which is an extensive European network, actively working in 22 European countries, with 28 member organisations.
Established in 2001, Yasar University has quickly become an ideal environment for research, personal development, and learning by its 9 faculties, 2 graduate schools, vocational school, EU Research Centre, Open and Distance Learning Centre, Knowledge & Technology Transfer Office and Continuing Education Centre. Yasar university serves 9403 students in total including 1269 associate degree students, 7294 undergraduates and 840 graduate and postgraduate students. The University has a workforce of 438 academic and 294 administrative staff. Over 62 degree programs are offered in its departments and institutions with English as the medium of instruction for most of the programmes. Since 2005, Yasar University has participated in over 85 EU funded projects, established international partnerships and developed strong links with business sector and other universities. Currently, Yasar University is involved in 20 EU funded projects as coordinator and partner institution.
